Doosan Machining Centre DNM

We have recently added the Doosan DNM model to our MECANITZATS LLAM facility.
Machining centres are widely used in modern industry because of the facilities they offer for machining parts and other metal components, they also allow the manufacture of dies, many products commonly used in industrial environments are manufactured on machining centres. One of the leading manufacturers of such equipment is the Doosan Group.
Its DNM series of vertical machining centres offers a wide range of equipment designed to achieve very high quality milling to suit the needs of the workshop or company, mounted on benches adapted to the size of the machine and the space where they will be located.
The Doosan DNM machining centres have a vertically oriented spindle axis to facilitate the clamping of the milling cutters, the spindle is designed to extend to allow more precise cuts with its efficient drilling, and the height of the bench table can be adjusted to facilitate the work.
All Doosan DMN series machines are designed with the best features and are available in all sizes, 40 and 50 cone, with roller guides on a modern, highly functional design base. The machines in this series also feature a Big-Plus spindle for easy cutting.
The Doosan DNM series offers high-speed models with 15,000 Rpm spindles and 1,890 Ipm rapid feed. They also include a ball nut cooling system for milling in-mould applications.
